Suggested Shipping Method
Most of our baked goods as well as our other products ship OK if they're shipped via UPS ground. Our breads are kept frozen and cannot be kept out of freezer for more than two days (summertime one day), we therefore ship the breads second day air only. Our muffins are kept refrigerated and cannot be kept out for more than three days (summertime two days) and we therefore ship them three day select shipping only. For most of the east-coast cities UPS ground takes 2-3 days. If ground takes longer than this please select air shipping for these perishable items. Our baked goods are extremely fresh, however since there are no preservatives or additives added, Digestive Diet, cannot take responsibility for damage that occurs through incorrect storage. We recommend storing all baked goods, nuts, and nut flours in the freezer. Products may be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Shipping
Your order usually ships within 1 to 2 business days after you place your order. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, so orders that come in on those days generally ship within three business days. If you order expedited shipping (for instance, 2nd day), please note that your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped via the selected method. This means that a "2nd day" shipment may take up to four business days to arrive. If you have a special circumstance, please note that in the comments in your order or email info@digestivewellness.com with details.

Packaging
We believe in preserving the Earth’s resources, so we reduce, reuse and recycle whenever we can. Our packaging may not win any beauty contests, but we'll always ship your order in appropriate packaging to help ensure it arrives in good shape!
International Orders
Yes! We do ship worldwide! Our international shipping rate may be steep, but do not get discouraged! Email us, and we'll give you a great shipping rate that you'll be happy with!
Payment Methods Accepted
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do NOT accept Amex or Paypal.Your credit card will be charged for your order plus shipping when we ship your order. Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to all non-food shipments delivered to New York.
